The purpose of Recruitment Supervisor is to oversee their company’s recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team and monitoring the recruiting team’s performance.

Job Requirements

– MUST be a resident of Alexandria

– Excellent communication and people skills

– HR Diploma / Masters degree is preferred

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised

– Good command of English proficiency (Written/Spoken)

– Minimum 7 years of active experience in HR functions, especially in recruitment, organizational development and talent management and personnel and succession planning .
